Richard Hoare Partner
Richard is a highly experienced family lawyer and an expert in dealing with financial disputes on relationship breakdown. He regularly acts for company directors, business owners, farmers, professionals and sports stars or their spouses. His work encompasses not only advice, negotation and the conduct of court proceedings, but also the preparation of pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Richard is also experienced in providing advice in proceedings involving children, and in representing those involved in such cases. He has particular expertise in international relocation cases which relate to children.

Richard is a member of Resolution and the International Centre for Famililes in Business and frequently lectures and broadcasts on topical family law issues.

Oliver Hall Partner
Oliver is an experienced family lawyer and has advised clients going through relationship breakdown for over 9 years. His specialist areas include advising clients on financial matters arising from divorce and civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes and child arrangements issues. He also advises clients in cases involving domestic violence and issues relating to the occupation of property.

As well as representing clients at Court, Oliver assists clients planning for the future with the preparation of Pre and Post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.

He is known for his enthusiastic yet sympathetic approach and whilst he is not afraid to robustly stand by his clients at Court, his calm and sensible approach often helps them reach an informed decision without the need for Court proceedings.

Debbie Gibbons Senior Paralegal
With over 20 years’ experience in family law, Debbie works closely with families to provide trusted advice on a whole range of matters, which arise upon relationship breakdown, including divorce and separation agreements, and financial disputes. 

Debbie also has particular experience concerning child arrangements and domestic violence issues, as well as the provision of advice on civil partnership dissolution.

Emma Dransfield Paralegal
Emma has over 20 years’ experience working closely with families to resolve their legal issues, including particular expertise dealing with divorce, children’s proceedings and injunctions.

Emma also provides advice and support to clients clients in relation to financial claims around divorce or separation.
